The landscaping of this community is so beautiful. The maintenance Juan is super attentive to the residents work order needs and the assistant manager is so patient and kind with ensuring the satisfaction of the residents. Love seeing her positive energy when I come into the office.

Theyâve had 4 managers and most of the time they are not here. They do not post hours of operations. No tenants activity like they used to. The assistant manager that they have now doesnât do much but sit in her desk. They never walk the property. Juan is the only person who works hard and cares for the community.
