Office manager doesn’t keep up on monthly rent payments sometimes. Facility events lack fellowship like they used to. Since new management took over. No potlucks or white elephant exchanges anymore. The pool this past year was closed 1/2 the summer for hot tub repairs that were accomplished in a few weeks. I live here for that and had a very disappointing summer. New management is not as good as previous. If I could afford to move I would. At least the rent is reasonable

Pros: Residents are very friendly and helpful. Juan the handy man/caretaker is the absolute best. He responds quickly for maintenance and keeps the grounds very nice. Cons: Current manager is uninterested in knowing or interacting with residents, just doesn’t seem to care and no help with issues.

I've been here a few months & have no complaints. The grounds are kept clean, Alberto & Juan are very nice, respectful & there when you need them. I'm very happy here Thank you, Theresa Liden #122

The landscaping of this community is so beautiful. The maintenance Juan is super attentive to the residents work order needs and the assistant manager is so patient and kind with ensuring the satisfaction of the residents. Love seeing her positive energy when I come into the office.
